Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.
Package Your Items
Place the Snooze Band and any included accessories back into their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
